Before I dive into this look, I’m sure some of you have seen this recent Instagram post. We recently lost our baby Gazpacho and I’ve frankly been lost in a cloud of grief. He truly hung our moon, he has been my absolute best friend for the past decade plus, and the loss has felt monumental. I’m taking it one day at a time over here but have been so incredibly touched by all the messages, comments, photos, and more that many of you have sent my way.
One particular thing I am really grateful for is that we had an unseasonably warm autumn here in Boston, which meant I got to enjoy so much more time outside with him in the climate he loved (he did NOT like the cold) in his final weeks with us.
It’s really only now, on the cusp of Thanksgiving, that I’m really breaking out our boots and coats.
Worn here are a few new items to my wardrobe: a long puffer coat, my new favorite boots, and a small bag from a new-to-me designer Oroton. Layered underneath are Everlane jeans and a cashmere top that I’ve owned for multiple years and are still on regular rotation. Scroll down for links to and size notes on everything!
(love the organization pockets in this, have been delightfully surprised with how much it fits)
(I’m wearing the XXS, I’d recommend going down a size)
(fits true to size and SO comfortable, they are truly my new favorite boots…an investment, but I know these will LAST. i’m tempted to grab them in the dark brown color as well!)
(similar: mine are their “skinny” fit from a few years ago, which it looks like they no longer carry. this cheeky fit looks pretty similar though with the same wash – recommend the ankle cut for these!)

(absolute classics – I’ve had these for 5+ years and still love them)
