Almina Concept was one of those brands who’s ads kept cropping up in my IG feed, and after bookmarking a number of their items, I wanted to officially check out their fit and quality.
I’d specifically been looking for a good midi skirt that was 100% silk instead of polyester, and this one felt really well priced.
I have to say, I’m very impressed! I love the attention to detail in this sweater’s proportions and tailoring: it hits at just the right spot at the top of my hips, has a nice and work appropriate neckline, and the belled sleeves give perfect visual interest without being so exaggerated that they feel too trendy.
If you’ve been on the fence about this brand too, I can say was ultimately very happy to have added these to my wardrobe and am looking at adding this, this, and this from them next!
Sharing outfit details below. The shoes were a lucky find at a second-hand store in Richmond and the jacket is an old Vince favorite – for those two, I’m sharing similar options. Enjoy!
